ATL inline vent valve, features an internal ball valve and the unit should be mounted vertically for optimum performance. Anodised red for corrosion protection, with -6 AN/JIC male tails for install in a breather pipe where appropriate. Fuel tanks need to be vented, otherwise as the fuel is used, the tank will collapse as a vacuum is created. These vent valves allow air to replace the fuel, but in the event of the car rolling over, the valve closes and prevents fuel from escaping from the fuel cell.
