Crafted with Arai’s signature Complex Laminate Construction (CLC) and featuring a proprietary Peripheral Belt, this helmet offers unmatched protection, durability, and performance.

The GP-7’s round, smooth outer shell is engineered to minimise impact energy by allowing it to 'glance off' upon contact, reducing the amount of energy entering the helmet. This design works in harmony with the helmet’s advanced energy absorption liner to manage and disperse any remaining impact energy more effectively.
Unmatched Comfort and Fit
Arai’s unique 1-piece multi-density EPS inner liner is seamlessly integrated with the PB-CLC outer shell, providing a precise fit that contours naturally to the wearer’s head. The uniform thickness of the liner ensures both comfort and optimised visibility, while maintaining the helmet’s renowned protection.
Enhanced Cheek Pad System for a Custom Fit
The Facial Contour System (FCS-2) cheek pads offer a snug, secure fit that reduces noise intrusion and prevents lift during high-speed driving. Optional cheek pad sizes are available, allowing you to customize the fit to your exact needs. Additionally, the GP-7 comes pre-fitted with FHR M6 threaded anchors, making it easy to install an FHR device.
The GP-7 FRP helmet is fully FHR/HANS compatible and comes ready to accept FHR/HANS clips (sold separately).
Optimised Ventilation and Airflow
With 7 strategically placed ventilation holes, including white ducts on the top and front, the GP-7 ensures optimal airflow to keep you cool during intense driving. The ventilation system includes:
